As it is now in high demand, we are taking collections / donations in hopes that the community will come together so that we can develop a plugin/addon to ClassiPress which allows you to “push featured posts to the top of lists” while keeping standard posts listed afterwords AND keeping it all in the same “loop” so that pagination works correctly.

We will work on getting a voting board up here, and then votes will be taken based on “dollars” donated to each feature. 1 dollar per vote. We hope to have this system live by the first part of May 2012.
Feautred Posts on Top Request:
- On the category pages (similar to the home page) I would like all featured ads in a specific category show first followed by regular ads from that category (with pagination).
- Finally I would like all featured ads found in a given search to show first in the search results followed by regular ads (with pagination). (I could live without this one)

That would be great, but we can only go on what has been received. "I'll donate" emails don't pay our developers, but I can tell you we started on the work already. Tell others in the forum to donate so we can get this thing completed!
We wrote a post with a partial solution, but need additional funding to continue trying more solutions as there as we have tried all "native WordPress solutions" now and would have to move onto building some custom meta values to sort the listings. http://sethmatics.com/articles/classipress-or-any-ccts-with-sticky-on-top/
